This being the 7th annual "HealthJox Festival" in New York City, Dewry DuRoi and the HealthJox Coaches continue our health-work by extending our service offerings to the islands of Antigua and Barbuda with a multi-tiered sports experience. Attendees will enjoy a healthy day of Basketball clinics/games; Pickle Ball clinics/games; AirOdart clinics/games; and workout for (FOR MALES & FEMALES); We will also have live performances during half-time. We will also provide light healthy snacks, drinks and water so everyone can stay hydrated. To address the mental health issues of Youth on the islands of Antigua and Barbuda, HealthJox LLC, Transforming the Nations and HealthJox Foundation, Inc., formed a coalition with Cerene Prince, LCSW & Licensed Psychotherapist - President of Antigua and Barbuda Holistic Coalition, Secretary, Tia Phillip, MsC - Counselling Psychologist and Chaneil Imhoff to conduct “mental health workshops”. Mental Health Topics for the Workshop will include: psychoeducation on at least 1 mental health related diagnosis: •Self-Esteem •Healthy Boundaries •Triggers •Anxiety •Depression
